Dr Aguilar’s practice as a general surgeon includes a wide range of organs and diseases, the majority in the abdominal cavity and through minimally invasive procedures, thyroid, neck, hernia repair surgery and ano-rectal procedures.
Dr Aguilar has worked for the Social Security System in Costa Rica for 23 years, part of those as a general physician, part as a surgery resident and 14 as a trained general surgeon. This long period in Social Security has given him a tremendous expertise in surgery, especially in very complex cases.
He likes to keep close contact with my patients, before and after every procedure, communication is the key to better outcomes in surgery.

Dr Daly helps patients with medical conditions such as – pain in the neck, shoulder, hip, knee, fracture of hip and bones, lumbar disc hernia, carpal tunnel syndrome, arthroscopic surgery of the knee, arthrodesis, replacement of hip & replacement of knee, amongst other conditions.
